Aptitude tests are designed to measure your work-related cognitive capacity and help with deciding on future work environments.
YouScience uses psychometrically-valid brain games to uncover users’ natural talents, then combines those aptitude measures with interests to generate the YouScience Profile. Within their Profile, users can explore their aptitudes, review personalized career matches, and develop affirming language to better highlight their assets in interviews and resumes.​

The assessment is generally conducted through a school or career center. Students have access to their assessments for 10 years. YouScience is a licensed product.
